Honestly, I do what I do for my own gratification and no one elses. I don't even really care if people like or favour what I create.

However, I'm curious.

Would any of you actually buy prints from me? I've been considering a print account for a long time. I'm just not sure if anyone is interested. Let me know. I've love to be able to sell the thing I do best and the money would go towards something good... like, a car or maybe a brand new flashy high speed camera.

Allright, this isn't really a contest, it's more of an elaborate collaboration between myself, a few friends, and anyone else who wants to join. This times theme is SIN CITY.

the "RULES"
Rules are very-very simple.... you are to create a character that IS you, while keeping true to the theme of Sin City.
The character is to remain SIMPLE, and REALISTC.
All you are doing is translating yourself into the Sin City style. The style of clothes you wear, your character will wear. The colour and style of your hair, is what colour and style your character will have. This character is your mirror reflection, not the character persona you chose for yourself.

No two characters can look the same, or have overlapping traits... UNLESS you yourself collaborate with a friend to create some crazy evil twins or something, but, that's up to you guys.

Here... this is what I want you to fill out...

In things like 'facial' you'd fill in whether they wear identifying make-up/markings or have any peircings, or you can just erase the category all together.... Just know that not everything has to be filled in... not everyone wears necklaces consistantly and not everyone wears the same shoes everyday..... so, be CREATIVE (don't take any of my lil ideas) and have FUN..... I'll post mine in the comments as an example...


Okay, to 'enter' all you have to do is fill in the thing from above and leave it the comments while making sure someone hasn't taken your idea, then draw up your character (they have to be REAL people, sorry furry artists!) and send me a note linking me to your piece and we'll go from there....


AND DON'T FORGET THE BIGGEST FACTOR... just about everything is going to end up being black and white, anyways!

This is the first time I've done anything like this and of course I couldn't make it something typical like a regular contest, so I 'spiced' things up a bit....
